Mr. Solomon is also the lead developer of VP’s programs and ensures that they are legally compliant for certain regulated sectors. Ben Solomon also owns two successful law firms and serves as legal counsel to real estate investors, banks, hotels, and developers.

Osmany “Manny” Barrinat is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Voting Portals. He adds over 20 years of technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, and executive management experience. Among other roles, Manny Barrinat supervises the company’s security protocols, programming, and technology systems.
Ozzie Barrinat, COO
Ozzie Barrinat is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Voting Portals. Mr. Barrinat is responsible for the company’s sales and operations, including end-to-end management of accounts, sales activities, service and support. Mr. Barrinat also has significant programming experience and supervises a team of dozens of computer technicians.
